SYSGO, leading supplier of software solutions for the world's most demanding safety and security applications, announces the appointment of Phaedrus Systems, the leading supplier of tools and services to the developers of embedded safety-critical and high-integrity systems, as its distributor in the United Kingdom.

The most important new feature of PikeOS 3.1 is the world's first multi-core implementation as part of a DO-178 B certified code base.

A technical presentation on the formal correctness of the PikeOS microkernel will take place at the embedded world conference 2010. This presentation will focus on the methods and techniques used in the formal verification process of PikeOS.

SYSGO today announced the availability of a PikeOS Platform Support Package (PSP) for the Kontron AM4100 AdvancedMC board. The AdvancedMC (AMC) board uses the latest generation Freescale E600 core MPC8641D dual-core processor.
