RTEMS applications can run concurrently with PikeOS native, ARINC-653 and POSIX applications thanks to the safe and secure virtualization technology provided by PikeOS.

The most important new feature of PikeOS 3.1 is the world's first multi-core implementation as part of a DO-178 B certified code base.
