SYSGO, leading European provider of safety and security-critical systems, and NexCOBOT, a division of NexCom specializing in intelligent robotic control solutions, have entered into a joint technology partnership to provide the industrial robotics market with innovative and functional safety-certifiable solutions focused on Collaborative Robots (Cobots).

SYSGO, NexCOBOT and Vectioneer collaborate with Intel to create a platform that serves as a foundation for Cobots. The platform will be demonstrated at the upcoming Embedded World. Cobots are collaborative robots that work hand in hand with humans in factories and must therefore meet the highest functional safety requirements.
